Simple Elopement for $435

Are you planning an Elopement or intimate Vow Renewal for just the two of you? Are you looking for something simple, in a country setting, with no frills or add-ons included.

Shady Acres Bed and Breakfast is known for our Elopement and Intimate Virginia Weddings. This package centers around only the basics...the two of you, our on-site marriage officiant and your marriage license. It does not provide any indoor amenities of the Bed and Breakfast. 

Outdoor Venue only. All weddings are outdoor, open-air ceremonies at the wedding arch or in the rose garden.  Shady Acres Bed and Breakfast does not offer rehearsal or reception facilities and this package does not offer or provide shelter for inclement weather. To ensure availability; It is best to reserve your date well in advance.

Note: It is the responsability of the couple/guest to obtain their Virginia Marriage License. All weddings are outdoor, open-air ceremonies at the wedding arch or in the rose garden. Shady Acres Bed and Breakfast does not offer rehearsal or reception facilities or Tents or Shelter for inclement weather. This is an Outdoor Venue only. This is no frills outdoor open-air setting. Decorations and other items to complete the ceremony are the responsibility of the bride and groom and all carry-in items must be removed following the ceremony or an additional $500 fee will be added for clean-up. Shady Acres Bed and Breakfast is a non-smoking B&B. No smoking is allowed on the premises - indoors or outdoors. Additional nights may be added at an additional fee per night, subject to room availability.  Officiant services, guestroom, and dining, are all subject to availability. Minimum three night stay required. To ensure room availability; It is best to reserve your date well in advance.
